BOOKING INFORMATION


  • A 50% deposit is required to secure appointments. This will be taken off of the final price of the service at checkout. 
  • We have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy to refund deposits or apply to a future booking. Please call us if you have any questions.
  • Colour appointments require an allergy test for all NEW colour clients and EXISTING clients who have not had a colour service for 6 months or longer. Please call us for more details.
  • If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know and we will provide a redo free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on services that have been completed.


CONSULTATION

  • Consultations are an important part of ALL services. The consultation is free of charge, but a deposit will be taken to confirm a follow-up appointment.
  • They open communication between you and your stylist to define what you want and the possible ways to achieve it.
  • This is helpful for both new and regular clients who are interested in designing a new look. 


DISCOUNTS


  • Refer a friend discount: £10 off your friends first service and your next service when you recommend a friend.
  • Monday new client discount: 20% off either a standalone haircut service or colour service when combined with a cut or blow-dry.
  • Only one discount valid per visit 


GENDER-NEUTRAL PRICING


  • Our service prices are designed to reflect the skill of each cut and colour and are not based on traditional gendered prices of hair services. 

THICK HAIR


  • If you have thick hair, an extra charge may be applied at point of checkout to a maximum of £20.

PRODUCTS


  • We use O-way products in the salon. All products are vegan and cruelty-free.
    Our ammonia-free colour products ensure 100% grey coverage.

SILENT APPOINTMENT


  • We aim to provide a judgement-free space that accommodates your needs. If you would like a silent appointment for any reason, please let us know at the time of your booking. We will let the stylist know so we can best support you throughout the service. 

SALON CAT


  • Last but not least, we would like to let you know that we occasionally bring in our cat to the salon.
    If you are allergic or feel uncomfortable around cats, let us know and we will keep her home.
